Sudoku: GridRush is operated by Quadb Technologies. You can delete your GridRush cloud account and associated server data from the app or request help by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Sudoku: GridRush and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings using the gear icon.
- Under Account, tap Manage.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm your password, Google account, or Apple account when requested.
- Confirm Delete Account.
The request normally completes immediately. If the app asks you to sign in again, complete the recent sign-in and retry.
Request deletion without the app
Email games@quadbtech.com with the subject GridRush account deletion request from the email address associated with the account. Include your public GridRush player name if available. Do not send your password, purchase receipt, or identity document unless support specifically explains why it is required.
We will verify that the request belongs to the account holder. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a shorter period or a valid legal or security reason requires limited retention.
Data that will be deleted
- Firebase Authentication account, email association, and provider link; the current Sign in with Apple token is revoked when applicable
- Cloud-saved puzzle progress, XP, achievements, settings, and active game
- Public Daily Board profile and all Daily Board entries
- Ranked Daily session records and rate-limit state
- Private block list and references to the account in other block lists
- Reports submitted by the account
- Active leaderboard restriction or ban record
Data retained temporarily or controlled by others
- Reports made against the deleted account are anonymized and deleted within 90 days.
- Security and function logs may remain for up to 30 days, or longer when required for an active fraud, security, or legal investigation.
- Apple, Google, AdMob, Iaptic, and payment processors may retain purchase, advertising, consent, diagnostic, tax, or legal records under their own obligations. Deleting GridRush does not cancel or erase an app-store transaction record.
- Gameplay stored only on the current device is not part of the cloud account. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove local data.
Delete particular data
For a request to delete only particular cloud data without closing the account, email games@quadbtech.com and describe the data. We will confirm what can be deleted without breaking cloud save or Daily Board functionality.
