These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sudoku: GridRush ("GridRush", the "app", or the "service"), operated by Quadb Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using GridRush, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
GridRush is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must be legally able to accept these Terms.
2. Game license
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GridRush for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Accounts and cloud progress
You may play locally or sign in using a supported provider to save progress, participate in online features, and restore eligible data. You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in account and for activity performed through it. Tell us promptly at games@quadbtech.com if you believe your GridRush account has been compromised.
Cloud synchronization is provided as a convenience. Network failures, conflicting device updates, provider outages, or software defects can delay or prevent synchronization. Keep the app updated and confirm that a sync has completed before uninstalling, resetting, or changing devices.
4. Gameplay, XP, achievements, and rankings
Puzzles, Daily Boards, XP, levels, Rush Goals, achievements, streaks, cosmetic rewards, hints, and other game features are for entertainment. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not create ownership rights. We may rebalance difficulty, rewards, progression, scoring, ranking rules, or availability to maintain fair and enjoyable play.
Daily Board and other competitive results depend on valid puzzle completion, timing, integrity checks, and server availability. We may correct, reject, reset, or remove results affected by cheating, automation, manipulation, technical errors, or abuse. GridRush does not offer real-money gambling or cash prizes.
5. Player names and community conduct
When using a public player name or community feature, you must not:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or target another person;
- Use hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unlawful content;
- Publish personal or confidential information;
- Promote scams, spam, malware, or illegal activity;
- Evade filters, reports, blocks, suspensions, or other safety controls; or
- Use bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
We may review reports and rename, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or public entries that violate these Terms or place users or the service at risk. Moderation and appeal instructions are available on the GridRush Support page.
6. Advertising
The free version may display banner, rewarded, and fullscreen advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers. Rewarded advertisements are optional unless you choose an action that expressly offers an ad-supported reward or recovery. Ad availability, content, and delivery can vary by region, device, consent choice, age setting, network connection, and provider inventory.
7. Remove Ads purchase
GridRush may offer a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, taxes, payment processing, refund rights, and purchase eligibility are governed by the store through which you purchase. A successful entitlement removes GridRush banner, rewarded, and fullscreen ads on supported installations using the eligible store account. It does not remove content, messages, or services supplied outside GridRush.
Use Restore Purchase when reinstalling or changing devices on the same platform. Cross-platform restoration may not be available unless the stores and our entitlement service can validate the same eligible purchase. Refund requests must generally be made through Apple or Google under their applicable policies.
8. Third-party services
GridRush relies on services supplied by Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, Iaptic, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party accounts, store decisions, advertisements, network availability, or services outside our reasonable control.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features to improve GridRush, address security or legal requirements, or respond to service constraints. Some updates may be required to continue using online features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system, country, or network.
10. Intellectual property
GridRush, including its software, design, puzzles, artwork, sounds, text, trademarks, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Quadb Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
11. Account termination and deletion
You may stop using GridRush at any time. Signed-in users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data by following our Account and Data Deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or secure the service.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridRush is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, permanent data retention, continuous advertising inventory, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quadb Technologies and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, opportunity, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of GridRush. Our total liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us through the app during the 12 months before the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute forums available where you live.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as GridRush, applicable law, or our providers change. We will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
